We use Fastway couriers, Couriers Please ,TNT & Australia Post .

FREE delivery on ALL orders

*Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All deliveries within Australia will be received within 4 to 14 business days of the ordered date .( cleared funds)

We try to dispatch orders within 48 hrs of cleared payment .

Goods will be delivered on business days only. Canterbury Blue do not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays and does not deliver to PO Boxes

SHIPPING POLICY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

Canterbury Blue is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box Address or Parcel Lockers.

Should you enter the wrong address, Canterbury Blue is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Canterbury Blue will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

Delivery is not currently available for New Caledonia and Norfolk Islands addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Canterbury Blue within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.

ERRORS

From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available.  Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged.  If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card or paypal account for the amount charged.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All deliveries within Australia should be received within 3 to 10 working days of the dispatch date.

We will use the fastest available service depending on your location your parcel can be delivered with Fastway ,TNT or your local courier service .

 

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time of 4 to 14 business days  please refer to the  shipping policy or email info@canterburyblue.com.au so we can make an enquiry with the  courier service .
