COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE JULY 2022

Items will be shipped within 5 business days ( excluding public holidays) unless you are notified otherwise. This is due to high order volumes at present with COVID, and raw materials and stock arriving more slowly due to the same issue. We will always endeavour to have your order out to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately cannot make guarantees regarding this time frame in present conditions. Canterbury Blue has changed its production line and now makes and pours paints in smaller quantities due to the entire factory being flooded and all machinery being destroyed in the recent extreme weather event. All mixing, tinting and pouring is now being done by hand.

Australia Post has the following release regarding the difficulties they are facing due to the much higher volumes at present, and the COVID-19 restrictions they must adhere to.

They have decided to have rolling stoppages for their parcel deliveries so they are able to catch up on the unprecedented large volume of packages for sorting.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Canterbury Blue is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Canterbury Blue will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Canterbury Blue within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.

ERRORS

From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available.  Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged.  If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card or paypal account for the amount charged.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All deliveries within Australia should be received within 3 to 10 working days of the dispatch date.

We will use the fastest available service depending on your location your parcel can be delivered with Fastway ,TNT or your local courier service .

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time of 4 to 14 business days  please refer to the  shipping policy or email info@canterburyblue.com.au so we can make an enquiry with the  courier service .
